Mission Statement
The Hearts and Hands Clinic of Statesboro promotes healthy living and health education by providing free primary health services for the citizens of the Bulloch County community who are medically uninsured and have an income at or below 200% of the federal poverty guideline. Our purpose is not one of enabling, but to serve the community by providing support for individuals as they seek ways to better themselves. Together we take our hearts and use our hands to inspire by giving hope.

  • Referrals to Specialists
  • Assistance in Obtaining Prescription Drugs
Eligibility Requirements
  • All applicants must be 18 years of age or older
  • Applicants must be uninsured for the services they are requested
  • All applicants must be uninsured for the services they are requesting     

What to bring to the Hearts and Hands Clinic   

  1. Proof of household income (this includes anyone in your family with income. this connot be a bank statement).
    •  if you are currently working, bring pay stubs from all persons in your household or your last tax return.
    • if you are currently unemployed, pick up a work history report from the department of labor ( 62 Parking House Road Statesboro, GA 30458) and apply for Medicaid if you need medical care. Patients who are only applying for Dental or Vision care do not have to apply for Medicaid.
  2. Proof of Address (you must be a resident of Bulloch County)
  3. Bring these items to the Hearts and Hands clinic office Monday, Wednesday, or Friday from 9am to 12pm or 1pm to 4pm.
